This tutorial was made on April 9, 2014, with an earlier PSP version. I have used PSPX5 to make my translation; you can follow this tutorial with any other versions of PSP, but the result might be slightly different.
Download the zip file containing the materials, decompress, copy the originals and close them. Work with the copies only, you could need the intact originals later, due to a problem with your PSP.
For fonts and presets, double-click on them and they will install themselves. For gradients, masks, selections, textures, etc, simply place in your appropriate PSP folders. If you work with your own colors, please don't hesitate to modify blend modes and opacity of your layers.

Open the tubes, make duplicates and close the originals
Open the image 'fleurs.jpg'
Window - Duplicate, and close the original
Effects - Reflexion effects - Kaleidoscope
Adjustment - Blur - Radial blur
Effects - Image effects - Seamless tiling
Effects - Edge effects - Enhance - Enhance more
Open your copy of the woman tube as a New raster layer
Effects - Plugins - Filters Unlimited 2.0 - Lens effects - Broken glass settings by default at 66
With your Move tool, place it to the left
Layers - Duplicate - Image - Mirror
Adjust - Blur - Radial blur with these settings
Effects - Plugins - dsb flux - Blast at default settings

Back to the flower image, Effects - Plugins - AAA Filters - AAA Multi-filter - Sharp edges
Image - Resize - uncheck 'Lock aspect ratio' and resize at 720 x 470 pixels

Image - Add symmetric borders 15 pixels with color #84b597
With your Magic wand, Tolerance at 10, Feather at 0, select this border

Flood fill with a radial gradient made from foreground color #9d7991 and background

Selections - Invert
Effects - 3D effects - Drop shadow with these settings 3/3/55/6 and color black
and repeat the Drop shadow effect with the negative settings -3/-3/55/6 and color black
Selections - Select none
Minimize this image and keep it in for later use

Edit Copy/Paste the image made in the first part of the tutorial

Repeat the Drop shadow effect with its
negative settings

Open the woman tube
Edit Copy/Paste it as a new layer in
your image
Place it at the left of your image

Layers - Merge - Merge all (Flatten)
Adjust - Sharpness - Sharpen
Open the text tube 'texte vsp pastel'
Edit Copy/Paste into your image as a New layer, placing it well
Open the tube 'déco vsp pastel'
Edit Copy/Paste into your image as a New layer
Layers - Merge all (Flatten)

Sign and save as a jpg or File - Export - As an optimized jpg file
