mentioned in the original tutorial. Don’t hesitate to write to me if you have any trouble with this translation and I’ll try to fix the problem as quickly as I can.  You can reach me here. Valérie made this tutorial on October 25, 2019.  I have used PSPX5 to make my translation; you can follow this tutorial with any other versions of PSP, but the result might be slightly different.

Decompress the Materials zip file, open the tubes and images and make duplicates, never work on the originals, you could need them intact later on if you encounter some problems with your PSP. For the selections, gradients, brushes etc, save them in your 'My PSP files' under their appropriate folder.

Preparation
Open the tubes - make duplicates and close the originals.
Double-click on the presets and they will install themselves.
Open the masks and minimize until requested.

Create your Materials palette with Foreground color 1 #90ba26 and Background color 2 #ffffff
Prepare a Radial gradient with the following settings:

Open the image 'Alpha-Noel2019-VSP'
Window – Duplicate (or use Shift+D shortcut)
Close the original file, we will be working on the duplicate.
Flood Flood fill with the gradient
Layers – Duplicate
Effects – Plugins - AP [Distort] – Distort – WavyCity with these settings:


Effects – Plugins - AP [Distort] – Distort – Waved

Adjust – Sharpness – Sharpen
Effects – Plugins - Filters Unlimited 2.0 – Graphics Plus – Cross Shadow with these settings

Layers – Properties – Blend Mode at Multiply and Opacity at 69%
Layers – Merge – Merge Visible
Effects – Edge effects – Enhance

Activate the Pick Tool - Mode Scale: Position X 578 and Position Y -31

Type any other key to close the Pick Tool

Select the preset 'Shadow2-Noel2019-VSP'

This tutorial was made in 2014 with an earlier PSP version.  I have used PSPX5 to make my translation; you can follow this tutorial with any other versions of PSP, but the result might be slightly different. 

Download the zip file containing the materials, decompress, copy the originals and close them. Work with the copies, you could need the intact originals later on, if you encounter problems with your PSP. Also, save your work often as pspimage (with all the layers) for the same reasons. For fonts and presets, double-click on them and they will install themselves. For gradients, masks, selections, textures, etc, simply place in your 'My PSP Files' under their appropriate PSP folders.

Click 4 or 5 times in the selection
Image - Duplicate - Image Flip (the old Flip)
Effects - Edge effects - Enhance more
Selections - Select none
Merge - Merge visible

You should have this result now:

Copy the woman tube and paste it in your image as a new layer
Adjust - Sharpness - Sharpen
Place the tube on the right side as shown in the tutorial image
Effects - 3D effects - Drop shadow 4/4/50/20 with the color black

Click on your Text tool, select the font included in the Materials, Size 20, with these settings:

With your background color #6c2930 and the same gradient in your foreground, write Valyspionne

Image - Free rotation Left, Free 15 left uncheck All layers

With your Move tool, place on the upper left corner of the image, as shown in the tutorial image
Effects - 3D effects - Drop Shadow as before (still in memory 4/4/60/20) with color black

Sign your image and save as a jpg or File - Export as a jpeg optimized image
