This tutorial was made on July 30, 2014, with an earlier PSP version.  I have used PSPX5 to make my translation; you can follow this tutorial with any other versions of PSP, but the result might be slightly different.

 Let's begin!!

Decompress the zip file, make duplicate copies of the originals. Never work on the originals. Make your work in a PSPimage format so that you can save your work with its multilayers and save often to avoid loss of time and efforts in case of a PSP crash of some sort.

Save presets by double-clicking on them, they will install themselves in their right place. Save selections in your My PSP files Selections folder. Open masks and minimise to tray until requested in the tutorial.

Open a New transparent Image of  900 x 600 pixels

Effects - Plugins - Medhi - Wavy lab - Bow with settings 5 / 141 / 55 / 41 mode normal

Effects - Image effects, Seamless Tiling
Corner - Bidirectional - Curved 23 / -15 / - / 63

Adjust - Blur - Gaussian blur at 50

Copy/Paste as a new raster the woman tube 'Goodyear-Haute-Couture-1'

Image - Resize at 40% uncheck 'Resize all layers'

Adjust - Blur - Radial blur with Twirl and Eliptical checked

and these settings:  65 / 38 / 12 / 8 / 0

Effecs - Image effects - Seamless tiling with only Corner, Horizontal checked and Transition at 63

Effects - Texture effects - Mosaic - Antique with these settings: 50 / 50 / 87 / 4 / 77

Layers - New raster layer
Flood fill with color 2
Layer - New mask layer - From an image and load mask 'Jillmask_verdi'
(the mask should be in your tray but you can also save it in My PSP folder under Masks)

 Layers - Merge - Merge group
Effects - User defined filter -  Emboss_8

 Blend mode of this layer at Multiply
Layers - Merge - Merge all visible

Selections - Load/Save a selection - From the disk and select 'Haute couture VSP1'

Selections - Promote selection to layer
Selection - Select none
Effects - 3D effects - Drop Shadow with the settings -1 / -5 / 80 / 10 and color black

Layers - Duplicate
Image - Resize at 90% uncheck 'Resize all layers'
Effects - Image effects - Offset with these settings 20 / 0

Copy/Paste your duplicate image of the woman in your image
Image - Resize at 38%
Adjust - Sharpness - Sharpen
Effects - Image effects - Offset with Transparent and Custom checked and these settings:  -200 / 0

Effects - 3D effects - Drop shadow with settings: 0 / 50 / 85 / 79 and color black

Copy/Paste your duplicate image of the shoes in your image
Image - Resize at 40%
Adjust - Sharpness - Sharpen
Effects - Image effects - Offset at 250 / 20
Effects - 3D effects - Drop shadow with settings:  -4 / 25 / 70 / 40 and color black

Layers - New raster layer
Load/Save a Selection - From disk and select 'Haute couture VSP2'

Flood fill with color 1
Selections - Select none
Layers - Merge - Merge all (Flatten)

Copy/Paste your duplicate of the text VSP image
Effects - Image effects - Offset at 40 / 0

Copy/Paste your duplicate of the deco image VSP

Highlight the bottom layer raster
Layer - Duplicate
Close the visibility of the bottom layer raster (the eye)

Highlight the top layer raster
Layers - Merge - Merge visible
Image - Resize at 90%
Effects - 3D effects - Drop shadow with these settings:  0 / 0 / 100 / 50

On the bottom layer, reopen the visibility (the eye)
Adjust - Blur - Radial blur with the same settings as before

Layers - Duplicate
Image - Resize at 98% uncheck 'Resize all layers'
Effects - 3D effects - Drop shadow with the same settings as before

Layers - Duplicate
Image - Resize at 98%

Repeat step 17
You should have this

Layers - Merge - Merge all (Flatten)
Adjust - Sharpness - Sharpen

Sign and save as a jpg or File - Export - As an optimized jpeg
