This tutorial is a personal creation from Valérie Savary, better known as valyscrappassion.com. You can find the original here. mentioned in the original tutorial. Don’t hesitate to write to me if you have any trouble with this translation and I’ll try to fix the problem as quickly as I can.  You can reach me here. Valérie made this tutorial on October 25, 2019.  I have used PSPX5 to make my translation; you can follow this tutorial with any other versions of PSP, but the result might be slightly different.

Decompress the Materials zip file, open the tubes and images and make duplicates, never work on the originals, you could need them intact later on if you encounter some problems with your PSP. For the selections, gradients, brushes etc, save them in your 'My PSP files' under their appropriate folder.

Foreground color 1 #90ba26
Background color 2 #ffffff

Preparation
Open the tubes - make duplicates and close the originals.
Double-click on the presets and they will install themselves.
Open the masks and minimize until requested.

Create your Materials palette with Foreground color 1 #90ba26 and Background color 2 #ffffff
Prepare a Radial gradient with the following settings:

Open the image 'Alpha-Noel2019-VSP'
Window – Duplicate (or use Shift+D shortcut)
Close the original file, we will be working on the duplicate.
Flood Flood fill with the gradient
Layers – Duplicate
Effects – Plugins - AP [Distort] – Distort – WavyCity with these settings:


Effects – Plugins - AP [Distort] – Distort – Waved

Adjust – Sharpness – Sharpen
Effects – Plugins - Filters Unlimited 2.0 – Graphics Plus – Cross Shadow with these settings

Layers – Properties – Blend Mode at Multiply and Opacity at 69%
Layers – Merge – Merge Visible
Effects – Edge effects – Enhance

Open the tube 'NoelVSP66' – Delete the Watermark - Back to your image
Copy/Paste as new layer
Image – Resize – Resize with 75% – uncheck 'Resize all layers'
Activate the Pick Tool - Mode Scale: Position X 578 and Position Y -31

Type any other key to close the Pick Tool
Effects – Plugins - Alien Skin Eye Candy 5: Impact – Perspective Shadow
Select the preset 'Shadow2-Noel2019-VSP'

Or enter the settings manually

Open the tube 'NoelVSP17bis' – Delete the Watermark – Back to your image
Copy – Paste as new layer
Image – Resize – Resize with 75% – Uncheck 'Resize all layers'
Activate the Pick Tool - Mode Scale with Position X 278 and Position Y -1

Type M to Close the Pick Tool

Layers – Duplicate
Image – Resize – Resize at 75% - Uncheck 'Resize all layers'
Adjust – Sharpness – Sharpen
Activate the Pick Tool - Mode Scale with Position X 420 and Position Y -1

Copy/Paste as new layer in your image
Activate the Pick Tool - Mode Scale with Position X -35 and Position Y 213

Type any key to close the Pick Tool
