My translations (valyscrappassion) - Opaline

 Download the zip file containing the materials - decompress and copy the originals; work with the copies.  For presets, doubleclick on them and they will install themselves.  For gradients, masks, selections, textures etc, simply place in your appropriate PSP folders.

This tutorial was created by Valérie on August 18, 2026.  I have used PSPX to make my translation; you can follow this tutorial with any other versions of PSP; the result might be slightly different.

Open the tubes, remove the signatures if necessary.

Place color 1 in the foreground and color 2 in the background.

The masks and selections are saved on the alpha layer.

Open the Alpha-Opaline-VSP layer

Window - Duplicate

Close the original and work on the copy (you could need the original for a fresh restart..)

Flood fill with the gradient just created

Effects - Plugins - AP 01 - Innovations -  [Distort] Distort - SlicedTurn

Adjust - Blur - Radial Blur

Image - Mirror

Image - Flip

Layers - Properties - Opacity at 50

Layers - Merge - Merge Down
