Valérie made this tutorial on August 11, 2025 with PSP19.  I have used PSPX to make my translation;

you can follow this tutorial with any other versions of PSP, but the result might be slightly different.

Preparation

Open the tubes, remove the signatures if necessary

Open the masks and minimize them

Place color 1 in the foreground and color 3 in the background

Open the Alpha-Imperfection-VSP layer

Window, Duplicate (Close the original and work on the copy)

Effects, Plugins, Mehdi, Wavy Lab 1.1 with these colors: #c3b08f - #9ba290 - #9da399

Open the tube 'femme_0845_lisat' or another tube of your choice
Edit, Copy
Back to your image, Paste as New Layer
Effects, Image Effects, Seamless Tiling at Default settings
Adjustment, Blur, Radial Blur at default settings
Layers, Merge, Merge Visible Layers

the watermark by closing the eye of visibility of the top layer)
